Registration of the personal data 

 

How do you register yourself on the site?

 

To register yourself it is enough to insert your data in the page registration.

The user who register himself, will receive by e-mail an user code and a password; every time that he will access the site, inserting the data in the login, he will be recognized and enabled to the provided functionalities.

 

The registration allows users to place orders on-line, to monitor the status of orders previously placed, to directly receive the newsletter, to be informed about promotions and new products.Furthermore it is possible to have access to the instruction manuals, technical drawings for spare parts and to the exploded views available on the pages of the products.

In the user area there are some functions for the registered users: request of username and password in case of loss, change of the password, modification of the personal data, management and modification of orders.

 
I forgot my password and/or my user code: can I still access to my order?

Don’t worry if You forgot your password. Follow the instructions on pages recover your password or recover your username, thanks to this procedure, you will be able again to access to your data.

F.lli Bonezzi is responsible for processing data, which are used only for purposes of management of the service offered. Anytime it is possible to ask the verification, the modification and the other rights provided by law in force. 

Management of on-line orders 

How do I order?

The availability of the virtual cart allows to visit the site selecting all the items that You need. Every web page with the photo and the product sheet contains an option in order to add it to the cart of purchases and afterward you can point out the desired quantity.However you can also use the “fast cart”, if you already known the codes of the desired articles.

It is possible to check the content of the cart by clicking on the proper icon. Once inserted all the articles, you can proceed with the purchase following the simple instructions that you will get to each passage. If you are a new customer, effect the recording of your data: you will receive an e-mail with an user code and a password, therefore you will continue with the purchase. If you have already placed other orders, it is enough to insert your user code and the password.

Can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of orders it is enough to login with code and password and to click on orders management. Close to the number of the order will appear the status of the order in progress (not processed, in preparation, processed) . 

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel one or more products by the order for any reason and at any time when the status of the order is outstanding directly from the page orders in progress.

Does exist a minimum of order?

No, minimum order: nothing. 

Is it possible to send the articles ordered to a different address?

Yes, you can decide to deliver what you have ordered to a different address from that indicated in the registration. During the confirmation of the order you can insert the data for the delivery to a different destination. In case of change of the destination, the freight charges will be automatically recalculated.You can also modify the address of delivery of an order in progress when the state of the order is not processed directly from the page order in progress

My cart doesn't accept the articles that I want to order. What should I do?

Does your browser accept cookies? Cookies are necessary in order to talk with your browser and to follow you in the purchasing process.

If these are disabled, it won't be possible to proceed with the purchase. In cookies no sensitive data are saved, but only the ID is necessary to recognize the browser during the session of purchase. However the cookies has a limited 'life' and it is automatically deleted when it expired or by the closing of the browser. 

Information about delivery time and shipment 

Which are the delivery time of the on-line orders?

The delivery time depending according to the products ordered, to the kind of payment and to the kind of the shipment chosen by the customer. The delivery time indicated in the general conditions are only indicative and they are not binding or restrictive for the company F.lli Bonezzi.

If the product is available the goods will be dispatch approximately from 1 to 5 working days from the date of the order ( it depends on the delivery area). In the calculation of the days, we will take in consideration only orders got within the 11.00 of the working days.

On Saturday, on Sunday and in the holidays the orders will be not dispatched, therefore such days will not be counted in the calculation of the times.If the expected times should had to suffer meaningful delays F.lli Bonezzi will send detailed information by e-mail. 

What are the freight charges?

The freight charges are calculated by F.lli Bonezzi according to the weight and to the destination of the goods and they are communicated to the customer after the insertion of the order. It is possible also to pick up the goods from a carrier chosen by the customer. 

Can I point out one day and/or an exact schedule for the delivery?

No. All the consignment are made by a courier and F.lli Bonezzi doesn’t have any power of assistance. 

What should I do if I don’t get the goods ordered?

If the purchased articles are not delivered to You within the period specified above, checks the order status to the page order in progress or contact our assistance. We will check the situation through the competent forwarding company. 

Can I return a product after having received it?

If you made a mistake on your order and you received an article that you didn't want, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to practice the right of recess or the possibility to return the product. We will accept the return of any article, provided in perfect conditions, refunding the whole amount (except the packing and shipping costs as provided by the Italian law).

If the products that you purchased are defective or have suffered damages during the transport, fill kindly the attached form to the delivery note writing "damaged goods " or "defective goods", and send it immediately by fax or by e-mail, or contact our assistance. When F.lli Bonezzi will receive Your communication, will promptly inform you about the instructions to be follow in order to solve the problem (replacement, reparation, dispatch of spare parts, etc.), therefore we ask you kindly to do not send back the goods without our written authorization.
