Are your products "made in Italy" or are they imported?

Most of the 70% of the products that F.lli Bonezzi sold (you can consult our catalogue on-line) has been manufactured in our company, for this reason we can assure that are “Made in Italy”.

In the technical sheet of each product, it is possible to check which items are "100% made in Italy" , manufactured by the F.lli Bonezzi utilizing only Italian components and the articles "made in Italy", produced by F.lli Bonezzi or other Italian manufacturers. Only 17% of the items available are imported from abroad.
Most of our products are submitted to the 100% quality control in our company, to verify the functionality of each piece. The other products are inspected using a sampling method.

Do Your products have the conformity declaration? What is the product’s warranty?

F.lli Bonezzi declares that their products are in accordance with European and Italian rules of its competence (Machines directives, etc. ). In this case the conformity declaration is reproduced in the manual instruction attached with the items.

F.lli Bonezzi reserves the right to make any necessary changes in both manufacture and material choice to improve product functionality or for other reasons.

F.lli Bonezzi declines any responsibility for damages happened to persons or other coming from a not-appropriate use of the products. We recommend to follow the manual instruction enclosed with the product.

The company F.lli Bonezzi guarantees its products for 2 years from the date of the shipment, as requested from the European and Italian rules.

In case of malfunction of faulty items the customer should advise F.lli Bonezzi as soon as possible. The staff of F.lli Bonezzi will take care to evaluate the best way to solve the problem. We do not accept return of material without our authorization. We authorize return of material only ex works.

Under warranty time, each faulty spare parts found by our staff, will be replaced or repaired without any charge, by authority received, if returned ex works and not tampered.

Expired warranty time, or in front of not appropriate use of the product, the items could be replaced with 50% of the buying price or repaired charging the operation cost. In this case F.lli Bonezzi will agree with the customer the best solution. 

Are the spare parts for Your products available? Do You make repairs or assistance?

If some product components are damaged, it is necessary to proceed to their immediate replacement and repair with original spare parts supplied by "Bonezzi F.lli srl" .

You can request the replacement of the spare parts using the codes indicated on the exploded view again instruction manuals or downloadable from the site.

F.lli Bonezzi company guarantees the availability of spare parts for repairs up to 1 year after the giving up of the production in series of the product. After such period it is not guaranteed the possibility of the reparation of the product.

The product and its components, must not be modified without the preventive written authorization by the company "F.lli Bonezzi s.r.l.". If changes are performed to the product without the written authorization of the company "F.lli Bonezzi s.r.l." every form of guarantee will lapse. 
 

The grease guns can be used both with loose grease that with cartridge?

The correct use of the hand lever pump for grease is specified in the technical card of the articles.The grease guns for loose grease cannot be used with cartridge because the internal piston has a too large diameter and doesn't flow inside the cartridge, therefore it doesn't press the fat toward the outside.The grease guns for cartridge can be used with loose grease but a part of the grease flows behind the piston, consequently it is wasted. Therefore we advise to choose before the purchase the article most suitable for the desired use. 

Can the hand pumps for oil and diesel fuel also be used for gasoline?

No, the hand pumps suitable for transferring oil and diesel fuel cannot be used for the transfer of gasoline, because the internal seals are not compatible with such use. Furthermore, the gasoline is highly inflammable and during the transfer , vapours can be developed.This process can engage an explosive mixture even at environmental temperature. In the place where You make the transfer it is necessary to avoid any source of primer. The company F.lli Bonezzi cannot foresee every circumstance that could cause a potential danger during the use or the maintenance of the product. F.lli Bonezzi s.r.l. declines every responsibility for damages to people, animals or things caused by an improper use of its own products. 

Are the manual or electric pumps for oil and diesel fuel also be compatible for alimentary liquids?

No, the manual and electric pumps for oil and diesel fuel have components in aluminium or in other not compatible materials with the alimentary liquids. F.lli Bonezzi s.r.l. it declines every responsibility for damages to people, animals or things caused by an improper use of its own products. 

What is the maximum suction head for the diesel and oil pumps?

They can suck liquid from a depth of up to 2 metres without a bottom valve. For greater suction heads, we recommend to install a bottom valve in order to reach a suction head of up to 4 metres. 

What is the vertical lift of Your pumps?

The vertical lift is commonly the maximum level of height that a pump could exceed to a fluid (in order to calculate which distance a pump should reach, it’s important to take into consideration the losses of the load due to the passage of the fluid through the pipes).

Our transfer manual pumps have a vertical lift of about 7-10 meters.The electric pumps 12-24 Volt have a vertical lift of 12 meters, while those at 220 volts have a vertical lift of at least 20 meters. 

Do You manufacture pumps and accessories for Ad-Blue (urea)?

Yes, we manufacture manual and electric pumps for Ad-blue, guns and flowmeters in the proper section of our products catalogue. 

Do you manufacture ATEX (EEX) pumps for dispensing petrol?

No, we do not manufacture petrol pumps but only diesel pumps.Upon request, we can offer petrol pumps but not of our own production. 

Do you manufacture pumps for Colza oil (RAPSOIL), for Biodiesel or for other special fluids?

No, but upon request, we can offer pumps not of our own production. 

How accurate are the flow meters?

The precision of our flowmeters is +/- 1%.The mechanical flowmeter has a high output 20200 lt/min and it works to a maximum pressure of 3,5 bar. It can be used for diesel or for oil: the art. 800 , 800/A are initially calibrated for the transfer of diesel and can be recalibrated for the use with oil, while the art.800/OIL, 800/A/OIL are initially calibrated for the transfer of oil and can be recalibrated for the use with diesel.

The digital turbine flowmeter (art.800/P) has a flow rate of 1055 lt/min and it works with a maximum pressure of 2 bar. This flowmeter is made of plastic and can be utilized for diesel. Oil, Ad-Blue and water. It has 9 sub-totals.
